DISCOVERED 2017 Season 2 Round 3: Talent Search Competition

DISCOVERED was created to help artist of all types to reach their full potential in performing arts. This competition is designed to help strengthen each performers endurance, advance their breath control, evolve their stage presence, provide them more exposer and to increase their self-esteem. There's a $50 entry fee, $1000 grand prize and you MUST have 10 orginal songs to compete.
In each round there will be 10 different criterias that are specific to each round. For "Round #3" we will be challenging the artist to perform an original completed song. There will be 3 judges that will be judging the artist's; CONTENT, DESCRIPTIVE LANGUAGE, ANNUNCIATION, CADENCE, VOLUME OF VOICE, MEMORIZATION, SONG STRUCTURE, CROWD PARTICIPATION, STAGE PRESENCE and FAN BASE.
Although there will be judges, TCG strives to nurture and support each artists abilities by providing positive feed back and constructive criticism after each act. Within the last hour of the show, the judges will inform all of the contestants about who will be continuing on to the next round. Only 3 out 5 contestants will make it to Round #4.
Just so there's no confusion...this is NOT a "freestyle competition" this is an "original song" competition. All of the contestants MUST perform completed songs.
We're looking for singers, rappers, groups and bands from all genres to compete in DISCOVERED. All contestants will be competing for a grand prize of $1000. Let me know if your interested in competing and I will get back to you as soon as possible! Message, Call or Text me at (901) 512-9897.
Rounds:
1st Week-Original Style: This "round" will be focused on each artist performing 1 original song.
( 15-20 artist/ 1 song/ 5 mins sets)
2nd Week-Choreography: This "round" will be challenging the artist to incorporate a dance routine for each song within their performance.
(10 artist/ 2 songs/ 10 mins set)
3rd Week-Crowd Participation: This "round" will be challenging the artist to get the crowd involved with their performance.
(5 artist/ 3 songs/ 15 min sets)
4th Week-All or Nothing: This "round" will be challenging the artist to utilize all of their skills and creativity to perform a high quality performance.
(3 artist/ 4 songs/ 20 min set)
Cover Price:
$5 RSVP on event page or Presales, $10 @the door
