When youre trying to be "good" and eat healthier, it can be stressful to go out to a social gathering at a bar or restaurant. Specifically when you're out or attend a happy hour with friends, do you ever think: - "I can't eat or drink anything because otherwise I'll blow my diet?" - "I shouldn't have eaten that. I've been so good and now I've blown it!" - "If I don't eat or drink anything at the happy hour, I can't have fun, I'll miss out and people will judge me."
