Deetjens Big Sur Inn, PopUp at the Big Sur Roadhouse
Deetjens Big Sur Inn sustained property damage during the winter storms of 2017. Highway One to the south of Deetjens was closed in December 2016 due to mudslides. Then in February 2017 Highway One closed to the north of Deetjens due to a failed bridge. Deetjens is landlocked and our challenges continue. The date to re-open keeps shifting based on the ever moving slides on the highway. In the mean time, we are still trying to support a few employees, perform clean up projects and make plans for the rebuild.
We would like to welcome the community to join us at a fundraising dinner hosted by the Big Sur Roadhouse. This will be a four course dinner menu with a beer and/or wine pairing. Silent Auctions items will be available as well.
