More information about the Chef:
With the Belief that Fresh Ingredients and Elegance should be available to anyone, at anytime, anywhere, Seattle Chef Joe set out on his mission to build a Community one plate, and one household at a time.
In 2014 the seeds of this thought, desire, and concept really started to move forward, and so did Chef Joes focus. It shifted from Brick & Mortar Establishments into the Private Residences.
The difference for my Clients lay in the fact that they know everything presented to them is hand selected from local vendors. Every Client is Unique, and it is my intention to embrace that uniqueness, and reflect it in the ingredients I personally select for them.
