We are blessed to be joining in hearts onece again with our tribe in North Wales....spreading a little Cacao Dance magic northwards :)
Our tribe is ever growing...this month we welcome the wonderful Bear Love!!
Bear Love is a master of playing harmonic gongs, a chorus of angelic crystal singing bowls, deep grounding didgeridoos, beautiful bells, sonic waterphone whale sounds, dreamy chimes and potent old Tibetan shaman instruments.
Bear owns the worlds largest custom production gong (2.11 metres wide) which is also the only one made in a golden colour, which reflects like the morning sun. Come experience this next level sound immersion!!!
Cacao Club was created in 2016 to inspire positive change. Born from a call to service and a need for a bridge...from the old to the new..we step forward with ease and grace.
We open sacred space for an evening of dance, expansion, heart medicine, music and regeneration! Gone are the days when we roll around the morning after the night before nursing sore heads ;)
We invite all who are interested in personal change, joy, alignment with natural cycles, co creation, heart centred intentions incredible music, embodiment, connection, plant medicine, dance, laughter, well being, self love and transformation.....

Essentially we raise our frequencies and become vibration allies to all around us through an alchemic infusion of ceremonial cacao, music, dance, sound & meditation.

The Experience
Cacao can be an incredible and powerful tool for growth, a heart opener and connector. We go with the thinking that energy is either stagnating, circulating or integrating...at CC we shake up that stagnation, circulate, transform then integrate this these new vibrant energies and intentions...ready to step back into the world with clarity and focus.

These events are transformational gatherings and heartfelt ceremonies, as we work on ourselves we work for the whole. Let yourself be immersed in frequencies that touch the core of your being.
Working with Cacao in ceremonial doses invites a powerful plant teacher and ally to your side...by taking part in a cacao, dance and sound ceremony, moving energy like we do we can shake up a lot of stuck "stuff" emotionally, physically mentally and we open to alignment within and without and raise our vibration!
This can result in feelings and emotions coming to the surface to be acknowledged. Knowing this is part of the expansion process and you will never be given more than you can handle....hold your centre, come into your heart, breathe, know that this will move and shift as our vibration shifts up through the internal work you are doing here at Cacao Club, your personal practices and intentions you set.
New moon is a particularly potent time for intention setting. We invite your participation.. We are here for you.

We begin at 7pm with an intention filled Cacao ceremony, at around 7.30pm we move into the Dance...a fusion of world beats, dance grooves & sacred sound to move every cell of your being into action. Based around the 5 rhythms flow..each month we take you on beautiful sound journey.
Cacao Club, besides a few timing guidelines, is a free flow experience which means you can sit, lay, move, dance, laugh, cry or whatever else you feel.
We are always on hand to help with any processes presenting.
We finish with a deep sound journey to ground in and fully integrate the circulation to shift up to our highest possible frequency. Each month we will have Sound practitioners at Cacao Club sharing their magic!

What is Raw Cacao?
Cacao is a healing plant medicine from Central and South America used in ancient Mayan tradition. Raw cacao (raw chocolate) is a source of Phenylethylamine (PEA) which is a natural alkaloid, it acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system and is the chemical responsible for producing the feeling of love.
So by drinking raw cacao we are indeed drinking in love!

The ceremonial cacao we use is from Central and South America. Ceremonial Grade Cacao with high energetic vibration is selected for this purpose.
Organic, pure and not sourced from hybrid or farmed strains of cacao plants. This is sacred and very precious chocolate.
Raw, (unprocessed) ceremonial grade cacao has been used for centuries to unlock euphoric states, release negative emotions, and connect to pure heart energy.

How to Prepare:
To ensure the best experience please see our recommendations below :)
Water! Ensure you are topped up! Before and after! As we are primarily this incredible substance and it is such a miraculous conductor i am sure you can put two and two together - Bring water! Hydration is good!
Wear something comfortable and bring a scarf or blanket & pillow for additional comfort, if you have a yoga mat please feel free to bring that along to lie on for the sound bath!
Relaxed, cosy and warm is what we are after for the sound bath for full vibrational integration!
Our recommendation is eating lightly in the day. Its a good idea to avoid food, particularly dairy or drinking caffeine in the 2 hours before we meet...this helps us absorb the Cacao magic and journey deeper...
Theobromine in Cacao contains natural MAOIs therefore please would you let us know beforehand if you are taking any anti-depressants or medications and cacao doses will be adjusted accordingly. Anyone who is pregnant or has give birth recently please get in touch prior to the event, any medical issues please pm us or give us a call.
