Bitter Arts: Foraging and Alchemy
Jude's and The Foraged Cocktail will be collaborating to teach a course on making bitters for yourself! The Foraged Cocktail will teach the skills necessary to forage, infuse, and craft your own bitters. Jude's will teach some bartending skills and demonstrate how bitters make cocktails fuller and more delightful. Jude's will also be providing food that uses bitters as an important ingredient. Cost is $50 and includes cocktails, knowledge, food, and a bitters kit. Space is limited to 15 participants.
