The Return of the Sun: Reconnecting To Our Faithfulness
The time of year between equinox and solstice celebrates the return of the sun, coming back into relationship with our creativity and the generative fire energy, after the long dark winter.
Drawing upon guided meditation, deep listening, intuitive explorations, movement and sound we will create a safe honoring estuary space where we can tap into the wisdom of the body for guidance, restoration and a return to enchantment. Well have the opportunity to explore havingness, a peaceful ease around fully receiving the fruition of what weve created, and becoming aware of our capacity to receive and to own our gifts. Well ask the questions: What does faithfulness to ourselves look like? and How we tend to our hearth and our hearts?
As we reconnect to our very own quality of faithfulness in relationship to our dreams and our enchanted selves, we also find ease in our experience of havingness as a touchstone that is always there for us.
Facilitated by: JUDY HERZL coach & thinking partner for women, book launch mentor for authors, writer & artist. ANNETTE GROENFELDT founder of Healing through Alignment incorporating Alexander Technique, Re Connective Therapy (RCT), voice and deep awareness for healing. Sliding Scale: $75 Investment $65 Valuing $55 Honoring
Note: A sliding scale is offered to encourage all community members who want to participate to be able to. Honoring is an amount that covers the cost of offering the course, Investment covers the course cost and also supports the infrastructure needed to deliver such a course. It is our hope that offering the course in this way allows us to discover more about our own experience of sufficiency, generosity, and reciprocity. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
