We invite you to join us for a fun and educational journey back to the early days of Louisiana bayou and swamp explorations. You'll take a short journey on an air-conditioned mini motor coach, where you will learn some interesting facts about Louisiana and enjoy some Cajun music on the way to the swamp.

Once you board the boats, you will enjoy a tour through a private swamp with protected wildlife.

The swamp creatures, just like the people of Louisiana, are very friendly too! It's not unusual for them to be unafraid and responsive during the tours, and peak out from underbrush moss-draped trees and shrubs, frequently coming directly to the boat. In the safety and comfort of the boat, you can actually come within a few feet of jumping alligators. You might even get to pet a rescued baby alligator right in the boat on your journey!

As your boat drifts through the waterways, you will learn about the Louisiana Wetlands, the inhabitants of the swamp, particularly the life and habits of the American Alligator, as well as the unique history of the Cajun town of Frenier within the Manchac Swamp.
