The Anatomy of Frank in Winston-Salem
The Anatomy of Frank is an orchestrally lush, cinematic indie rock band from Virginia. They are gaining attention for their project to record an album on every continent, which has so far produced two albums: "North America," recorded in their home state of Virginia, and the upcoming "South America," recorded high in the mountains of Ecuador. The band has played concerts everywhere from Florida to Alaska, from Iceland to Italy to Finland.
Those who attend The Anatomy of Frank's concerts witness a band taking music to the fullest breadth of its power. Drawing power from the tiniest nuances of their instruments, they crescendo to soaring climaxes that leave audiences buzzed and awed.
This concert will take place in a living room, the perfect spot for an intimate concert with the band. Hosted by the same people who brought Icelandic band Árstíðir to North Carolina two years ago, this concert is all about atmosphere.
---------------
The concert will take place at Doug and Diana Woolard's home in Winston-Salem. Please be respectful and follow the hosts' requests: - no shoes inside - bring your own wine/beer - be respectful of the house and neighbors (especially since they'll all be at the show!)
