Spring to Life - Pop-up Dinner and Tea Pairing
Spring is around the corner and its time to honor the changing of the seasons, shift gears, and shake off our winter slumber by coming together with community to celebrate life force energy in all its forms.
We invite you to unfold and come alive with the culinary cuisine masterfully prepared by Chef Nick Furrow of the Rhone Street Collective in collaboration with Steve Odell and Rabbit Moon Tea.
Megan More will be hosting the night providing energetic grounding and intentionally holding space for deeper connection within ourselves, each other, and all we consume. The night is sure to tantalize your taste buds, awaken your senses, and activate your cells in harmony with nature and spirit. This is a non-profit event. All proceeds will go to the Rhone Street community fund.

Salad thinly sliced citrus fruit, olive oil, maple syrup, tangelo confit, fresh rosemary
Soup green lentils, garlic, clove vinegar, chili oil, dark greens
Mushroom flame-grilled trumpet mushrooms, olive oil, nigella seeds, freshly grated nutmeg
Main root vegetable puree, roasted spiced vegetables and fruit
Dessert shaved kiwi ice, guava paste, minced kumquat
