In the aftermath of serious health and financial disasters, Rachel Bolden-Kramer created the community-based Brooklyn yoga center, Hip Dhamma and the health education project, My Food Stamps Cookbook, for maximizing the health benefits of small food budgets. After becoming a single Baby Momma, Rachel flipped welfare and homelessness into homeownership while creating a career in love and transformation. With the upcoming release of My Food Stamps Cookbook in print and digital, Rachel is training community members to be wealth ambassadors maximizing on their skills, passion, and capacity for manifesting.
