We invite you to the launch party of De La Luna Catering this April 15th at Primera Taza Coffee House.
This will be our first full course pop-up dinner. We specialize in Guatemalan and Oaxacan cuisine, influenced by our family recipes. Using both traditional and vegan ingredients, we aim to provide healthy food options to our communities.
Currently there are two people spearheading this project: Erik Rodas and Cuauhtemoc H. We are raising funds in order to get this project off the ground! Our objective is to become an employee-owned company. Join us in making our collective vision become a reality.
