Amina Harris from the Honey and Pollination Center at UC Davis joins us to explore honey's nuanced flavors, guiding a tasting of honey and mead, paired with some of our favorite cheeses. We will also discuss the status of the bees and other pollinators, and what we can do to help them thrive.
