Ladies Only Fitness Expo 2017
The Ladies Only Fitness Expo is a full day of group fitness classes designed to expose women to various kinds of exercise. Every December, millions of women make New Years Resolutions to lose weight, and live a healthier lifestyle. By March or April, their excitement has worn off and they have returned to their old poor eating habits and laziness. At the Ladies Only Fitness Expo women ages 18 and over (ages 13 and over are invited as so long they are accompanied by a female guardian):
1.Reenergize participants and encourage them to continue in changing their lifestyle by improving their eating habits and to MOVE as much as possible.
2.Offer women the opportunity to try as many exercise options as possible in one day in a comfortable, non threatening, womens only environment.
3.Offer education and encouragement for living an active, healthy life and eating properly through resources tables, screenings and demonstrations.

Continental breakfast and lunch included in the ticket price.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the all girls champion robotics team at Mastery Charter School Shoemaker.
Prayer space will be provided for Muslim women attending the Ladies Only Fitness Expo.
All participants are required to wear athletic shoes/sneakers/tennis shoes during the expo and complete a waiver upon arrival. MuslimahsRock! has the authority to refuse entrance
NOTE: There will be a total of six (6) male security officers on the premises. HOWEVER, they will not have access to the group class area and will have minimum access to the vending areas. If you observe modest less in the presence of men, we advise you bring and "overgarment" to wear over your active wear when in the vending areas. MuslimahsRock! will take every precaution to preserve the modesty of all participants.
