Day Camp Staff Form - 2017 - Day Camp Registration
To serve on staff for Cub Scout Day Camp you must be a registered Boy Scout or Venture Crew member 14 years of age or older. Youth Staff will be assigned to one of several program positions. Staff will be expected to be at camp from 7:30AM - 4:30PM Tuesday through Thursday and from 11:30AM - 5:30PM (or later if you want) on Friday. Several Youth Staff are also needed to help with camp setup on Monday, June 5.
You will NOT be camping overnight. Transportation to and from camp each day can be arranged, if needed. Lunch will be provided for Youth Staff.
All those selected to serve on staff will be expected to serve as an example to the Cub and Webelos Scouts present at the camp Appropriate behavior is expected at all times. In addition, those on staff will be expected to wear the Day camp t-shirt whenever Cubs or Webelos are in camp. Field uniforms ("Class A") will be required for flag ceremonies and the closing campfire; otherwise Troop t-shirts or other Scouting t-shirts will be acceptable at all other times. All staff will receive a Day Camp t-shirt and cup.
All staff must follow instructions given by the Camp and Program Directors. Parents will be notified of any misbehavior and the staff member will be dismissed.
If you are selected for Camp Staff you will be notified on or before May 15, 2017.

Where: Day Camp will be held at Camp McClintock located between Bartlesville and Pawhuska.
When: Cub Scout Day Camp will be held Tuesday, June 6 through Friday, June 9.
Staff must bring the standard BSA Health Form which can be downloaded from:
