The Fierce Heart: A Monthly Support Group for Radical Compassion and Paradigm Shift
This monthly gathering is a support AND empowerment group for folks who need/want a space to process (deep emotion welcome) and take concrete steps towards change, for the revolutionaries among us, and for those stepping into what it means to be awake and engaged during chaotic times. Each month will include space for processing, teachings based on Joanna Macy's Work that Reconnects (www.joannamacy.net), and concrete action steps.
The Work That Reconnects uses insights and practices from engaged Buddhism, deep ecology, systems theory, and despair and empowerment practices to help us deal with our grief, rage, anger and overwhelm so that we can move forward in the work of transitioning to a life-sustaining civilization. Together.
The goal is to build community and more containers for deep processing. Please share with people in your life who are needing support and who believe in activism based in radical compassion.
Amanda Moreno is an astrologer, soul worker and paradigm buster who believes that by doing the deep work of transforming consciousness, we are better able to navigate the challenges of our times.
