The Magic of Flower Essences
Have you wondered what Flower Essences are, how they're made and what they're used for? This class covers the history, method of making them and how to use them. This is energetic medicine. You will learn to co-create remedies with flowers using the energetic vibrations they generate. This sounds super woo, but is actually quite practical to use; the energy of the plant helps us to gently shift our own energetic patterns. Each plant has it's own energetic signature, and can teach us how to align with that particular energy. Many illnesses and dis-eases have a basis in energetics; for example, worry and stress over long periods of time will become physical manifestations of illness by depleting the body. We'll explore how to determine what that signature is in each plant, make a hands-on essence you can take home and try a variety of essences that I have made. (Other types of essences can be made using leaves, crystals, etc.) Come explore the UW Medicinal Garden, which is amazing. There will be a wide selection of essences available for sale, find some that work with your own energetics!
