Democracy Summit  April 7-9, 2017

What:
Washington State Democracy Summit & Retreat

Join citizen leaders, volunteers and groups working on democracy issues around Washington State for a special summit retreat weekend. This will be a working retreat, with informative presentations on democracy issues, breakout sessions for planning next steps, as well as time to network and socialize.

Friday, April 7th
Check in & register  Starts at 3 pm
Welcoming Reception & Dinner  5 pm
Evening Session TBA  6:30-9 pm

Saturday, April 8th
Breakfast  7:30-9 am
Check in & registration  Start at 7:30 am
Opening Meeting  9-10 am
Morning Sessions TBA  10 am  12 pm
Lunch  12-1 pm
Afternoon Sessions TBA  1-5 pm
Social & Dinner  6-9 pm

Sunday, April 9th
Breakfast  7:30-8:30 am
Closing Session TBA  8:30 am - 12 pm

Costs:
Entire weekend  includes two nights shared lodging* & all meals** - $150
Saturday & Sunday  includes one night shared lodging* & all meals** - $100
Entire Weekend without lodging includes all meals - $60
Saturday Only include all meals** & evening reception - $40

* There are 8 cabins that can accommodate up to 5 people. Each has one queen bed, two full beds and couch with pull out bed, plus separate bathroom with shower. We will group people as requested whenever possible. If you require private lodging, there are many cabins nearby that can be rented for a higher fee.
