Leading with Impact - with Roxi Bahar Hewertson
This one-day focuses on YOUR leadership style and impact. Leading is a discipline; and it is an art, not a precise science. Leadership is learned more than taught. Together, we learn from each other through a thoughtful and purposeful series of interactive activities that provide tools, information, and new experiences to grow our leadership awareness and skills. We will learn more about what works and what does not work.
The goal of this full day workshop is to enable leaders to understand and leverage their impact on people and results. This one-day leadership program is intended to open the door and encourage continuous learning for those forward thinking members of our community who wish to lead their organizations to the greatest promise and to outstanding results. We look forward to learning and working with you.
