Masterful Influencing with Rhonda Morton

In this dynamic, interactive workshop, you will: Practice the skills of attunement and alignment Identify the energy style of the person you are trying to influence, and learn to shift yours for best results Study seven Influencing Strategies to find the most effective one for your situation Participate in peer coaching to gain multiple perspectives and fresh ideas Learn to activate your parasympathetic nervous system for greater access to calm, creative problem-solving Bring a sticky issue and learn how to flip your perspective to find new win-win solutions Leave with a game plan for fixing an effortful situation, and tools for managing efforts ongoingly
Prior to the workshop, you will take an on-line work style assessment (FEBI) and receive a 20-page customized report. You will also receive a short document to read as pre-work. Therefore, register as early as possible, but no later than March 21st.
About the presenter Rhonda Morton, through Savannah Consulting, works with people who want to change the trajectory of their lives and/or workplaces. She has created businesses, engineered solutions to societal problems, directed improvisational performance ensembles, published three books, and raised two children into adulthood. She understands how to get things done and knows what gets in the way: ingrained patterns and an inability to see a new path.
Rhonda has served as the coach for the REV Ithaca Women Entrepreneurs program in its first year. A very successful program called Self Smarts is in its seventh year at Corning Incorporated, and Women Leaders Launchpad has served dozens of leaders throughout the region for the past five years.
Rhondas clients range from Fortune 500 companies to non-profits, small business owners, social entrepreneurs and artists.
