We're partnering with our friends at Three Floyds Brewing Company and The Roaming Hog food truck to unleash a celebration of pig meat and fermented grains, the likes of which Elgin has never experienced.

We're pairing four savory, delicious bacon dishes crafted by The Roaming Hog with four rad brews from our friends at Three Floyds. This event is not to be missed.

* Crack The Skye Imperial Coffee Stout (In Collaboration w/ Mastadon + Dark Matter - This beer raises funding and awareness for Hope For The Day, an organization that helps individuals and families deal with mental health issues and suicide prevention.

Just some insight...we're looking at the possibilities of caramel bacon, asian bacon, face bacon and pork belly...so, yeah. Pounce!

Tickets are $40 and include a flight of 4 beers, 4 bacon dishes, a chat about what you're tasting and a night of pork-fueled beer consumption.
