Arnaldo! Drag Chanteuse and Gretchen Rumbaugh, Fri March 3 @ 7 PM
Welcome to opening night of Seattle's March Is Cabaret Month Festival 2017!

MARCH IS CABARET MONTH Presents:
ARNALDO! DRAG CHANTEUSE in "ARNALDO! SINGS TORCH"

"A torch song is a sentimental love song, typically one in which the singer laments an unrequited or lost love. The term comes from the saying 'to carry a torch for someone', or to keep aflame the light of an unrequited love." From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. With musical director John Engerman on piano and David Salonen on bass.

ARNALDO! DRAG CHANTEUSE

Arnaldo! has thrilled audiences from Seattle and New York to Puerto Vallarta and Manila, winning NY's Bistro Award 2008, Manila's Gawad Musika Award 2014 and Filipino Community of Seattle's Lifetime Achievement Award in Arts & Culture 2016. Founder of PNW Cabaret Association and artistic director of Seattle's March is Cabaret Month, Arnaldo! wants to thank the passion and tenacity of all cabaret musical performers in helping preserve the Great American Songbook. Music director and accompanist: John Engerman.
