Come join us in Billings historic Babcock theater for a high energy evening of original rock and blues with Red Lodge's own blues guitar legend Leroy Miller, instrumental guitarist Grant Ferguson and local blues favorite Daniel Kosel & Acoustic Waterfall. The evening features Grant Ferguson's new album release party!
Leroy Miller is a blues guitarist, singer and entertainer extraordinaire. Hes the former guitarist of the hit band Smash Mouth and has played and recorded with John Mayer, Macy Gray and many other prominent musicians. His songwriting has been featured on many TV show and movies, including the TV series Scrubs and Arrested Development. His song New World was featured on the 10 Things I Hate About You soundtrack.
Grant Ferguson is a melodic rock guitarist and a powerful reminder of the instrument's glory days. Influenced by some of the great axe masters like Jeff Beck, Gary Moore and David Gilmour, Ferguson is pushing his all-instrumental sound toward a new rock vision. His latest EP aptly named Departure is a more soulful, organic set of compositions that cover a broad palette, from high octane and energetic to haunting and emotionally evocative and everything in between.
Daniel Kosel is a Seattle born, Montana-raised vocalist and guitarist who is blessed with a deep, passionate voice and an inventive style. His primary musical influences include Chet Atkins, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Buddy Holly, Dwight Yoakam, and Aretha Franklin. Daniel has lived in Carbon County for many years and is deeply involved in the local music scene both as a solo artist and as a vocalist and guitarist with his band Acoustic Waterfall. Fans are consistently delighted with the power and quality of his musical artistry.
