Join author, yoga teacher and visionary Deborah Adele for an in-depth study of her book The Yamas and the Niyamas. Deborah brings these teachings into focus for use in every day life. By de-mystifying these teachings, Deborah will guide you to live a richer, more fulfilled life by helping you LIVE your yoga practice: On AND off the mat.
This is the first time Deborah has presented in the Kansas City area and we are extremely fortunate to be able to host her.
Tickets will also be available at the door, but reservations are strongly suggested. Tickets at the door $70 cash or check only.
