Redwood Habitat Hike
What is a habitat? Join our Docent Jim Moir through the featured habitat, Redwood forest, to explore all it have to offer. You will learn about the flora and fauna of this habitat during a 2-mile hike along our Pony Gate and Canyon trails. This hike is the first in our 4 part "Habitats of Sugarloaf Hike Series." Other hikes will explore the Oak Woodland, Riparian, Meadow and Chaparral habitats. This is a Moderate hike with 400-foot elevation gain. Meet at the Visitors Center. The hike is $10 for adults, $5 for students and docents, and under 18 is free. Sign up here.
