50s Sock Hop
The PHS Musical Boosters invites community members to join in a 50s style Sock Hop held on February 11, 2017 at the Palmyra Area High School. DJ Mickey Santora will share music from the 50s, 60s, and 70s and instructors from Hershey's PA Dance Sport will provide professional dance lessons. A "Best Dressed" and "Best Dance" contest will be held, and the evening will include a $1 Snack Shake with hot dogs, mini ice cream floats, and popcorn for sale. Jive/Swing instruction will be provided from 6-7 p.m. The Sock Hop will official begin at 7 p.m.
