E.Z. ORCHARDS 5 - COURSE CIDER DINNER AT MORTAR & PESTLE
Enjoy a special evening with the Cider Maker of E.Z. Orchards, sipping a limited selection of delicious heirloom ciders perfectly paired with a 5 - Course Dinner menu created by Executive Chefs, Stephen Ross and Stephen Paul of Mortar & Pestle in Lakeview East.
E.Z. Orchards from Willamette Valley, Oregon is well known for producing some of the best ciders in the country. Their ciders include French, English Bittersweets and American semi-sharps. This is the perfect event for any cider enthusiast or the foodie interested in trying artisanal ciders! There will be plenty of cider events to enjoy throughout the week, but you wont want to miss this evening dining in Mortar & Pestles rustic, intimate setting where you will have the opportunity to talk with the Owners/Executive Chefs of M&P and the Cider Maker himself, Kevin Zielinski. FIRST - POIRE CIDER west coast oyster, calvados gelée, candied ginger & east coast oyster, lemon pear granite, mint gelée
SECOND - HAWK HAUS CIDER seared foie gras, camembert, raspberry, duck egg, hazelnut
