A Patagoina feast:
We will be cooking a 1/4 of a cow in the patagoina Style slow-roasted over some Ambers and season with nothing but salt water it also will be served with 10 sides that consist of slow roasted sweet potatoes, horseradish cream red mashed potatoes, Korean kimchi, seasonal grilled vegetables, loca artisan bread, sweet pickled, grilled Nople,Nopal pico de gallo,Aubergine Caviar,and a classic pesto.
