A little about the class:
POP Pilates is a mat based, Pilates inspired fusion class that flows with the music, leaving no muscle untouched! You will sculpt a rock hard core, improve your balance and challenge your flexibility. It blends classic Pilates, Yoga and Barre moves for an amazing workout. It's fun for all fitness levels, both men and women, and all you need is your mat! You will finish feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for more! After class we get to sample some amazing craft beer or cider!

A little about the venue Lucky Envelope Brewing:
Lucky Envelope was founded by Barry Chan & Raymond Kwan. They have won multiple local and national awards for their beers with Lucky Envelope, including ENIAC Mosaic India Pale Ale (2016 WA Beer Awards Gold Medal Winner, and Helles Lager (2015 GABF Bronze Medal Winner). The tasting room is in hip Ballard, in a neighborhood you can actually find parking in!

A little about the neighborhood:
Ballard's West Woodland neighborhood is a quietly upcoming neighborhood of Seattle with plenty of breweries, restaurants, bars and best....parking! Just north of Fremont off of N 50th Street near the Ballard Bridge.
21+ for the event, all ages welcome after class! Beer & cider available, plus plenty of great shirts, tanks, glasses & growlers!
Great for girlfriend events, bachelorette parties, girls night out, group fitness events, meetups, date night!
FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The class is 21+ as we will be drinking beer or cider, but all ages are welcome in the brewery after class!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Easy to find, parking available, Uber, Lyft, taxi & bus available.
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your own yoga mat! You might also want a water bottle and a sweatshirt.

What's the refund policy?
All sales are final, no refunds. With a 24 hour advance notice you may transfer your ticket to another participant or another event. Please email organizer to transfer ticket. No transfers within 24 hours of the event.
