Oyster and Wine Pairings
Come join chef Brendan McGill as he takes you on the journey of the oyster. This will be a comprehensive class on types of oysters, the difference between oysters from the coasts of the United States as well teaching the proper technique on how to shuck an oyster. After shucking you will be taught how to create several toppings to accompany the oysters as well as instruction on classic wine pairings brought to you by Hitchcock's wine director Tahlia Bolden.
