Vajra presents ~ Tools for Empaths: Boundaries and Caring for the Body with Amanda Moreno
Tools For Empaths
An Empath is someone who consciously or unconsciously tends to sponge up other people's emotions. It's a way of existing that can be overwhelming, but is also a gift that also allows us to understand complex emotional dynamics and relationships. The Empath as an archetype -- a collective symbol -- seems to be a newly emerging concept, and one that is rapidly gaining attention. In this three-part series, join local astrologer, soul worker and paradigm buster Amanda Moreno (www.aquarianspirals.com) as we explore what it means to be highly sensitive, come together to discuss and share and troubleshoot, and work on deconstructing and reconstructing our personal mythologies. The goal of these classes is to empower each individual to use their particular gifts in ways that contribute to their own health and happiness as well as the healing of the collective.
This series is meant for anyone who could use more tools for understanding their emotional nature, self-identified Empaths, empathic types, people who feel a lot, and those who work with empathic types or highly sensitive people. Although it is meant to be taken as a series, and homework assignments will be given, you are welcome to attend whichever work for you. If you have any questions, please contact Amanda at amanda@aquarianspirals.com.
Please bring a journal and something to write with.
