Enjoy a multi course seated dinner event that only Baconfest can bring to you. Each item served will be prepared with bacon as an ingredient. Chefs get creative for this one-of-a-kind dinner event with a menu that will never be repeated!
In the past Baconfest Michigan has only had BIG events of a thousand people plus. Last time we gave away more than $10,000 to local charities. We had two ticket experiences for these events, General & VIP. These new pop-up events aim to bring that VIP festival experience into more of a restaurant format. Seats will be limited to 120 for this dinner.
Our chefs have chosen an interesting theme to work around for this dinner. (Besides Bacon). And that's "Breakfast for Dinner"! We're not talking about a stack of flap-jacks here, folks. Baconfest chefs are chosen from only the best in town! This is their chance to use recipe items you don't normally see on a menu, and the test dishes we've tried are wonderful.
Tickets will include two bacon-themed cocktails from the bar that will be serving up Michigan-based craft beer and spirits for purchase. Dinner will be served at 8pm with appetizers and drinks starting at 7pm.
Appetizers:
Bacon Bloody Mary Bite from Chef Aaron at Eastern Market
Assorted Mini Frittatas
Bacon vinaigrette marinated fruit salad
Main Course:
A Bowl of Bacon & Bacon Bread on the table
Baconfest Daily Bacon egg and cheese Hash
Biscuits and bacon gravy
Chicken and bacon waffles with maple bacon and pecan sauce from Pronto!
Dessert:
Beignets filled with smoked cherry jam with candied bacon from Pronto!
Ice Cream from Treat Dreams
Tables will be 8-10 people community seating. Tickets purchased together in groups of six or more will be assigned a table. Otherwise seats will be first come first serve, everyone is guaranteed a seat. We will work with everyone to ensure that all people get to sit next to each other.
