Tyler-James Kelly, born and raised in Rhode Island, first picked up a guitar at age 4 and hasn't put it down since. His first song that he learned on the guitar was the theme to Jaws. By age 10 he was learning to play Jimi Hendrix licks and discovered Lynrd Skynyrd & KISS. His love of blues stemmed from his discovery of Robert Johnson.

Tyler is always playing along, practicing to such a wide variety of music. One day it'll be Buddy Guy. The next Waylon Jennings. His extensive record collection is on a random rotation from just about any genre. You never know what you're going to hear when you walk by our house on the West Side of Providence.

Jess Powers, born and raised in Missouri, traveled up to Rhode Island in 2001 from Fort Worth Texas, She has been singing for as long as she can remember. Jess was the unofficial wedding singer for countless family weddings during her teenage years.

When she was very young she wanted hair as long as Crystal Gayle's and a voice to match. Jess has always loved Linda Ronstadt and has admired her ability to sing any genre and make every song uniquely her own (she is constantly hunt for a Stone Ponies record by the way) and no one can beat that voice!

In the Fall of 2012, Tyler-James claims he's not even sure what year it is now, they started playing together. What started out as just singing at home has become a full fledged set and as of Spring 2016 is now available on CD with their first album, Take Me to Town.
