Casanova presents "Shut Up and Cook! Join us on December 19, 2016 for this exclusive event featuring 3 talented chefs and a mixologist. 5 courses and more with a customized beverage pairing. Social hour begins at 6:00pm, food is served promptly at 6:30pm. Tickets available now!
Featuring an all star culinary team
Elmer Dulla - Has a background in wine distribution but found his true calling as a mixologist. He's worked at Bar Sajor and is currently the head of the bar at Salare in Seattle. Elmer uses seasonal ingredients and a modern technique to consistently create well balanced pairings.
Shawn Naputi - Has worked at San Francisco favorites, Incanto and Foreign Cinema and is now the executive chef and owner of Prubechu. Born in Guam, Shawn has created a culturally infused culinary style that stays true to his roots.
Manfred Wrembel - Has a unique approach when creating food. His style is best described as "old school in modern form." He has worked at both Incanto and Plum and is now the executive chef at Huxley in San Francisco.
David Baron - Cooked along side these guys while working at Incanto and has also worked at Coi and Atelier Crenn. He is now the executive chef for Casanova Restaurant and Corkscrew Café.
