CANTICO SINGERS - Songs For A Winter's Night

The weather outside may be frightful, but the freeways are dry and downtown Portland looks pretty good so we'll still be singing and making things delightful. Hope to see you there and drive safe!
Cántico Singers brings their beautiful choral sounds back for another wonderful Christmas season. Performing a variety of songs from classics such as "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" and "Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring" to contemporary pieces like "Breath of Heaven" by Amy Grant and "White Winter Hymnal" by Pentatonix the whole family will find something to enjoy. For the sophisticated choral music lover you won't want to miss the gorgeous "O Magnum Mysterium" by William Hawley, "Dixit Maria" by Hans Leo Hassler, or talented violinist Ann Christensen, just to name a few!
Come join us for an evening of incredible music and fun. You're sure to hear something familiar and moving at this festive concert. See you there!
With a special guest performance by Evergreen High School Choir. (***Unfortunately, due to school closures because of the weather, Evergreen High School will not be attending the concert. We are disappointed, but understanding. Maybe next time!)
Held at the First Baptist Church in downtown Portland, with its historic setting, classic stained glass windows and rich accoutics, this venue provides an incredible space for listening to live choral singers. Located a few blocks west of the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall close to many of Portland's great restaurants and ample parking, perfect for a date night.

--Online ticket sales end the day of the concert, December 16th, at 12:30pm.
--Tickets may be purchased at the door: $15 for General Seating and $19 for Premium Seating.
