BAD APPLES

Dear Ticket Holders,

Due to the snow, Superintendent Rebecca Miner has made the difficult decision to postpone tonight's Bad Apples performance.

You may have gotten a message that the show was to go on- there had been an early decision to keep the show on because as a PTA event, the PTA often has the ability to make independent decisions from the district. However, Ms. Miner felt that the play is seen and billed as a school event and therefore should fall under the districts policy as it requires mandatory participation from the actors. We agree that safety must come first. Special thanks for Principal Andrew and our PTA Coordinator Shaun for working on all of this with us to make a safe plan. We are all very sorry if this negatively effects anyones families and plans.

We have worked with the district and event venue to create an alternative plan that we hope will work for all or most of our families. We plan to now have 2 shows on Saturday (tomorrow) at 2pm and 7pm.

If you have tickets for tonight's performance, we hope that you will be able to use them for the 7pm performance Saturday night.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you all for your support and understanding!
