Camerata Masterworks Concert
Under the direction of Michael Driscoll, the BHS Camerata Choir and Chamber Orchestra perform works by Italian Baroque composers, featuring the first modern-day performance of Tomaso IngegnieriĆs Dixit Dominus. We bring this work (arranged and edited by Bohemian composer Jan Dismas Zelenka for performances in Dresden) to life for the first time in over 250 years! The program also includes Vivaldi's exuberant Magnificat, likely written for the composer's high school students in Venice. The performance features soloists from the choir.
