Saturday Storytelling with Loren Niemi & Slash Coleman: If you thought Moby Dick was too long or confusing, here's Melville in 60 minutes with philosophical digressions, shaggy dog stories, some really bad jokes and the great whale breaching the salty sea. In "Moby Dick Tonight!" Loren Niemi offers a not-the Cliff Notes version of the great American novel of obsession, expanding Melvilles imagery with stories that draw on his experience of reading the novel in particular times and resonate places with a suitcase full of props and a narration on the act of storytelling itself.
