Showstoppers

Synergy Dance Studio is proud to host "Showstoppers" a musical theatre workshop directed and choreographed by Danny Herman(A Chorus Line, Leader of the Pack, Song and Dance) & Rocker Verastique(Chicago, Victor/Victoria,Carousel).

Singers, Dancers, and Actors ages 8-Adult have come together to bring Broadway to Austin. This 13 week musical theatre workshop began in October and ends with a performance at the Dougherty Arts Center. Students have worked with a live pianist and have learned how to sing, dance and act to specific songs on Broadway.

This 14 week workshop comes to life on Stage on January 28th and 29th at the Dougherty Arts Center in Austin Tx. Come see your favorite artists, dance sing and act out some of Broadways biggest hit.

The Show itself is full of some familiar faces and outstanding musicians. Musical Director and accompanist Megan Provost- Pritchett has worked hard in classes to make sure this lovely musical is perfect. From costumes to sheet music, Ms. Sherrie (Producer) has set her standards high for this show.
