NYC Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl
Please read bullet points for Saturday, Dec 3rd. Answers to your questions will be found below.
Please be advised without both our LED bracelets and event wristbands you will not be honored free access to all the bars, unELITE members will be asked to wait in line and will not receive drink specials. Participating bars will not be open to the public, they are strictly reserved for our Elite members until 2 PM. The group party at Libation will only be for Elite members. If you have friends that just want to come to Libation for the group party share the link below for a Libation ticket only. The Libation ticket holders will be receiving a LED bracelet which will allow them to receive the drink specials at Libation and NOT a wristband for other bars. They also have to arrive between 4-5pm before our Elite members start crawling in. If Libation ticket holders arrive after 5pm, they will have to wait in line until all Elite members enter first. please be advised Libation ticket holders will only get entry into the CLUB, however, it will not get them into the rest of the bar crawls that follows.
-Bar Crawlers Registrations 11AM-12pm outside the bar & when the bar doors open 11:30AM you will all walk in and start as one good looking Elite group. Group party: 5pm-8:30pm. Late arrivals registration/starting 11AM-3PM at Poor House. Late arrives please be advised at this point the bars are open to the public but have no fear and skip the line and use the code word ('I AM ELITE BABY") to the door guy. Make sure you arrive at your starting location with your ID. After your ID is checked @ Registration, this will allow Elite easy access to all following bars on the crawl and there won't be a reason have your IDs checked again at the next bars that follow. If you printed your tickets at home please take a picture of it and show the barcode at registration for scanning. Please ensure all tickets have a barcode to be scanned. If your tickets for any reason doesn't show a barcode please call the following number 800.838.3006. If you are unsure of your starting location or haven't signed up for one please email info@elite-barcrawls.com
-You will receive a LED bracelets, an event wristband, a map will be emailed to you and at your registration point. The map may not make sense to you when crawling from bar to bar but please trust us and follow it. It is designed to avoid other groups making each other before the group party and most importantly help avoid capacity issues. You will be asked to take a picture of the map so we can continue to stay green save the environment. Please pull the plastic tab out of your LED wristband if it hasn't been done so already for you. You may see other so-called crawlers from other so-called Pub crawl companies but you will notice they don't have what our Elite members. We are the top rated Bar Crawl (bars & clubs) because we spoil our members to the max and beyond. oh one more thing, Our drink deals are wayyyy better too. The LED Is Multicolor bracelets and when you are10 minutes left at the bar your LED bracelet will start flashing, this is an indication to close out your tabs and head to the next bar on your map. If in doubt... follow the crowd. :). Please keep everything on you at all times! When arriving at the GROUP PARTY we will be switching your LED bracelets with fresh ones. After the group, we will ask you to return the LED bracelets.
-There will be an Elite Bar Crawls flag up at each location to indicate when you're reached the bar.
-During the crawl please stay with your group and enjoy the journey through East Village and Lower East Side. You may see other sweater wears... make sure when you see them you yell "Hey Elite! How did you get so elite!?! " :) We, of course, are just being silly but don't be afraid to say hi to a stranger and tell them how much you like their sweater.
- Jordan Jair will be spinning an early set at Brother Jimmy's from 11:30-3. Every group will be crawling to Brother Jimmy's and meeting Jordan Jair so please don't be alarmed. Following that he will meet all the crawlers at Libation for an amazing midway half time party releasing his new track for you.
Other fun spots:
-There is a contest for the best photo in front of the Elite Bar Crawls banner that will be placed at Brother Jimmy's and Libation. Post on our facebook, tag us on Instagram or tweet your best picture to us. The winner will get the new Echo @ the end of Libation's half way party to enjoy recovery music the next day!
Always remember...Pace yourself Elite members! But we hope your ugly sweater turns cute by the end of the night!
