Root Doctor Pre-Thanksgiving Celebration
On Thanksgiving Eve, Wednesday, November 23rd, Lansing area music fans are in for a treat! Lansings favorite blues band, Root Doctor, with the soulful vocals of Freddie Cunningham, will be performing an intimate, unplugged, Holiday show, at Lansings new event center, UrbanBeat! The band will also be hosting a very Special Guest on guitar and vocals, Big Daddy Fox, from Muskegon. He is an electrifying Artist covering R&B, soul and blues! He has competed in the finals at the Memphis International Blues Challenge. He was also recognized and presented with the Mid-Northern Michigan Blues Societys Farmhouse Music Organization Lifetime Achievement Award for 40 years of Blues, Soul and R&B. Big Daddy has a mission..and that mission is to make sure EVERBODY has a good time!
The Pre-Thanksgiving Celebration will take place 7 11pm, Wednesday, Nov. 23rd at UrbanBeat Event Center in Old Town. Tickets are $25. Couples $45.
