VHS Vault Series: Peanuts: Snoopy! The Musical

Snoopy! Donuts! Coffee! Animation fun for kids AND grownups! Welcome families, to Vidiots' free community screening of PEANUTS: SNOOPY! THE MUSICAL. The movie will be followed by a kiddo-focused animation lesson with the help of animator Natalie Wetzig. Kids will learn about the art of cartooning and have an opportunity to draw their own characters, inspired by the film.

Cinephiles, culture vultures, and curiosity seekers take heart, the Vidiots Foundation's new "VHS Vault" screening series monthly presents films from our rare collection for your viewing pleasure. Each screening is followed by an extended conversation featuring a panel of filmmakers, programmers, critics and experts. Based on more than thirty-years of meticulous collection, Vidiots' library holds thousands of rare titles guaranteed to make you think, feel and see the cinematic landscape in new and different ways. A combination of socially-conscious, entertaining and educational films speak to the eclectic nature of Los Angeles and cater to the city's diverse interests, cultures, and generations. This monthly screening series was made possible by a grant from the City of Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Division.

A sequel to YOU'RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, SNOOPY: THE MUSICAL pulls the ever-charming, always-loveable Snoopy out of the background and thrusts him into the spotlight. Woodstock, Charlie Brown, Sally, Lucy, Linus, and Peppermint Patty are along for the ride with their usual Peanuts' shenanigans!
