Introduction to Indian Cooking
Help us welcome Indian chef Christine Kilroy to Now We're Cookin's kitchen by joining in as she teaches us all basic techniques needed to prepare authentic Indian dishes. In addition to an overview of the traditional dishes, a description of the wealth of spices used and the simple procedures we can all replicate at home, Chef Christine brings a wealth of "local color" to her classes, based on her childhood in India and frequent trips to visit family, friends, and favorite locales. This is the first of a series of hands-on Indian cooking sessions we have planned this year, so come meet Chef Christine and learn traditional Indian cooking under the watchful eye of an Indian-trained chef. $65/person
