*Chef Angelica Gray is the head of PlantBased Conscious Culinary. She grew up on her grandparents' farm in Asturias, Spain, where she lived "Farm to Table", and was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. She has studied nutrition for several years and has taken classes in raw food at Living Light Institute in California, in natural food at Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, in Ayurveda cuisine at the Chopra Center in California, among others. Angelica's philosophy is Be Conscious, Eat Clean, Practice Compassion.

Share that meal and take home any leftovers!
If you consider yourself an "intermediate" cook and are interested in learning what it takes to create large quantities of excellent food and to present it beautifully, choose the "chef" option.
Note that chefs must arrive by 10:00 am to attend the orientation and be assigned to their work stations, where they will follow the directions of the head chef in preparing all of the dishes for the Fall Feast.
