1st Tuesday featuring Mark Coyle, University of Minnesota, Director of Athletics
Mark Coyle has led athletics at the University of Minnesota since spring, 2016. He fosters leadership, integrity, and academic achievement among student athletes; and oversees the financial, business, marketing, and communications strategies for University athletics.  

From 2001-2005, Coyle served as associate athletic director for external relations at the University of Minnesota, where he was responsible for managing the marketing and sales unit, athletic communications, the ticket office and licensing. He returns to Gopher Athletics after serving as athletics director at Syracuse University and Boise State University, and as deputy athletics director at the University of Kentucky.

A former football student-athlete, Coyle graduated from Drake University with his bachelors degree in English in 1991. He earned his master's degree in teaching from Drake University in 1992 and a master's degree in sports administration from Florida State University in 1993.

If space allows, walk-up registration will be available day-of for $39, and we will accept cash or check only. Refund cancellations are required by Friday, March 31.

Lunch by D'Amico is included in the registration fee. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. Lunch will be served at 11:50 a.m.
