This is Session Three of HSCs Middle Managers Series. There are seven sessions in the series which covers most of the critical skills and insights middle managers need. The sessions are being offered approximately one per month. The Series:

This Workshop
This workshop is focused on building, developing an inclusive team and supporting its ability to be as self-directed as needed.
Shifting your attention from the development and supervision on individual employees, you will widen your lens to explore teams as groups with their own life processes and dynamics.
Teams can be built as focused, empowering and satisfying environments for collaboration, interdependent activities and shared accomplishment based on each members strengths and expertise.

What to pay attention to in groups
Employee engagement/shared leadership
Leading and Managing change
The Change Cycle
Team Leadership and Decision-making
Ways to encourage team members leadership
Understanding personal styles
Strategies for meeting the needs of individual supervisees and team members

If this occurs, we will post the cancellation on our website, email all registered participants, and refund any prepaid fees.
