Come if you dare to the Ware Center Meeting House and Museum to listen to short stories of murder and mayhem;ghosts and goblins presented in the historic meetinghouse sanctuary. Did we say the lights will be low, the air crisp and cool and the words hypnotic? Local actors, historians and teachers appearing in period costume will lend their voices to bring the works of Poe, Irving and others to life! Free parking awaits and seasonal refreshments available. Two shows; one for children and families begins at 6 pm. One show for adults over 14 begins at 9 pm. Make sure to wear warm clothing as the meetinghouse has no heat and the tales to be told are sure to send a shiver down your spine!
