The New York City video cinema and dining project opens in Downtown Los Angeles for its Final Edition on June 1st and runs through October 1st. After 10 years in New York, Monkey Town traveled to Denver (2014), Barcelona (2015), and just finished a 3-month run in Austin in February.
THE PROGRAM
For the 9 nights of our Extended Run, we will be showing the "classic" 2-hour video program we've been screening all summer with a 20-minute live performances in the middle of each seating by Austin's Chris Catalena (through October 6) and LA's Weyes Blood (from October 7 - 12).
CHEF
Nick Montgomery -- formerly Momofuku Saam (NY) + Blackbird (Chicago) -- has created 5-course Menus, with all organic meats and all vegetables sourced locally.
