Food Underground Home Brewed Four

Food Underground presents an evening of mezze with complimentary beer pairings by home brewer, Doug Buddle.

For this dinner, we depart from our regular format of a seated and coursed meal. We'll take advantage of the amazing indoor and outdoor spaces at Little Spoon (15th & South). Beer and food will be coursed but served at the counter in a more casual vibe.

New England IPA (6.2%) - This hoppy and hazy golden ale has aromas of fresh squeezed grapefruit, mangos, and pine. Aggressively dry hopped with Galaxy and Simcoe hops, it has flavors of fresh citrus and peaches.

Lobster Roll Taco - corn & celery salsa | hopped lobster salad | grapefruit wedge

Biere De Garde (8.4%) - Rich, smooth, powerful, this artisanal malt accentuated beer is aged with french oak. Deep copper in color, it has flavors of bread, toffee, light caramel, vanilla and toast.

Corned Beef Bourekas - caraway | swiss cheese | sauerkraut and grapes

Triple (8.5%) - Brewed with pils wheat and oat malt, this complex yet well-rounded beer is spiced with coriander and sweet orange peel with notes of citrus fruit and clove.

III - brandy & citrus oat cake | Moroccan 7-spice pork loin | tea sauce

Salted Caramel Milk Stout (6%) - Dark and delicious, this beer is full bodied, smooth, and creamy. With an aroma of dark roasted grain and malt, and flavors of espresso and chocolate, it finishes sweet on the pallet.

Savory S'mores - cocoa sabayon | trumpet mushroom | toasted injera

Sweet Smores - chocolate-dipped coffee marshmallow | homemade graham

4 Grain Saison (6%) - Spicy and hoppy, this farmhouse ale is made with barley, white wheat, rye, and oats. Golden in color, it has intense notes of pear, tropical fruit, banana, and white pepper.
