Meet Your Instructor, Timothy Faller
Tim Faller was a custom homebuilder and remodeler before developing a training seminar for Lead Carpenters that later became the basis for the NARI Certified Lead Carpenter Program. He has spoken extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada and has a book titled The Lead Carpenter Handbook, The Complete Hands-On Guide to Successful Job-Site Management. In July 2005, Qualified Remodeler magazine chose Tim as one of the top 15 innovators in the industry over the last 30 years.

Details
This is a two-day workshop, and the registration fee covers both days. Lead carpenters and project managers attend in the morning and leave for the jobsite after lunch. Owners and company managers stay until 4:00 p.m. for specialized training. Registration starts at $250 per person (depending on Remodelers Council and MBA membership) and includes both days of the workshop. Complimentary lunch is also included each day. Space is extremely limited, so please register yourself and your team early. Tim Faller recently came to Seattle for a sold-out two-day workshop, and we expect this return visit to sell out as well.

Testimonials

"You were able to do more for us in two days than we have been able to do in two years"  Michael Barkhouse, Production Manager, Amsted

"My favorite quote of the day, from one of our leads: I dont know how much you paid Tim, but it will definitely pay for itself several times over. I completely agree.  Leif Jackson, Jackson Remodeling LLC

"I suspect the inefficiencies we will overcome in the next few months will more than pay for your next visit.

It was eye opening to see where we fell short and reassuring to know what we needed to do about it. So far we are seeing more accountability and better communications between ourselves and our customers.  Dylan Wadlington, Owner, Craftsman

Our slip/grip report came out for this month. We have gone from a 3% slip prior to your visit to a 1% grip for this period. Your consultation was money well spent for our company.  Don Padgett, President, Padgett Building & Remodeling

After finally pulling the trigger and bringing Tim in last week, we realized we should have done this years ago.  The two days Tim spent with us, were the most important days weve had in a long time.    Ben Johnson, Four Brothers, LLC

I especially liked the way you interviewed each one of us. This really made your presentation very personal and customized to the real world at Sun Country Restoration.  Kathy McCray, Project Manager, Sun Country Restoration

Your visit to our company here in Toledo was a pivotal point in my (our) success."   Brad Geer, Production Manager, Fannin Remodeling Co.
